The Ultimate Kiwi Fruit Power Smoothie

I absolutely love kiwi fruit. It's an essential part of a healthy lifestyle, contains a tonne of nutrient-rich anti-oxidants, and is super-high in Vitamin C, fibre, potassium and Vitamin E. I can't get enough of this little beauty. Why do I love eating Kiwi fruit? It's low in calories, great for maintaining healthy digestive and immune systems, and tastes totally fab. Here's the ultimate kiwi fruit power smoothie that's easy to make, is super-duper-high in nutrients and tastes sooooo deelish.

Ingredients
1 cup vanilla soymilk
1 cup orange juice
2 gold kiwi fruit (washed, peeled, chopped)
1 sliced banana 
1 cup ice cubes
2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder 
(Personally, I love WelleCo's Vanilla Nourishing Protein Powder. It tastes amazing.)
2 teaspoons honey

Steps
Blend all the ingredients in a blender on high for 20 - 30 seconds or until smooth. 
Serve immediately.

This smoothie serves 2 people and contains 240 calories, 10g protein, 42g carbohydrates, 4g fibre, 0g fat. Gotta love that.
