Karlie Kloss' Superfood Smoothie Recipe Is Helping Me Quit Sugar

I'm all for following the workout programs and healthy eating tips of current supermodels. I love it when they share their fitness tips and tricks, how they keep strong and lean for runway shows, and how they stay in top condition all year round.

Which is why I'm completely on board with Karlie Kloss' fitness goals for 2017. This year, the uber-model has made several resolutions, which includes sleeping more, travelling less, and cutting down her intake of sugar. In a recent interview with Vogue, Karlie said, "I've been trying to satisfy my sweet tooth in a more healthy, wholesome way." And in order to keep those sugar cravings on the down low, she's been whipping up an epic superfood smoothie in the mornings. The recipe is choc-full with Moon Juice's health-boosting powder to specifically counteract any cravings, but if you're not keen on paying international shipping, you can find similar supplements in most health food stores.

Here's the superfood smoothie recipe that Karlie swears by:

1 serving of Moon Juice's Deep Chocolate Protein
1 tablespoon of almond butter
3 heaped tablespoons of Moon Juice's Tocotrienols
1 teaspoon of Moon Juice's Cordyceps
1/4 teaspoon of Moon Juice's Pearl
1 tablespoon of Moon Juice's Brain Dust
Almond Milk
