Three Foods That Keep My Skin Healthy And Hydrated

There's nothing better than smooth Victoria's Secret glowing skin. And that's how I like my own complexion to look. Nautrally radiant. Glowing from within. Blemish-free. But my skin can sometimes feel dry and tight. To help combat this, I drink huge amounts of water. Love the stuff. Cannot get enough of it. Water does wonders for my body, inside and out. But other than drinking plenty of H2O, there are three amazing foods that I eat on the daily in order to keep my skin happy, healthy and hydrated.

Avocados are choc-full of nutrients,especially Vitamin E which keeps the skin cells strong and hydrated.
Made up of 95% water, this wonderful food produces constant hydration to the body over a long period of time. Cucumber also creates a natural-occuring silicone, which helps support connective tissue, resulting in brighter, healthier skin.
Hemp seeds are packed with beauty minerals, including the super-healthy GLA's (Gamma Linolenic Acids) which restore the skin's moisture levels and reduces inflammation.
