What is Yin Yoga?
Yin Yoga is a style of yoga practice that targets the connective tissues, such as ligaments, bones and event he joints of the body. Yin Yoga has amazing benefits, and this 20 minute session is going to give you that relaxing deep stretch your body has been craving. Do this workout after a long day at work/school or after a long cardio session. Remember that breathing is a very important factor in Yin Yoga, and always take deep breaths in and long slow exhales out throughout the entire session. Focus on re-energising your nervous system, letting go of stress and tension, and becoming fully present in each moment of every posture as you let go of the past and embrace the present.
Relax. Go deep. Enjoy.
