Molly Sims' Five-Minute Smoothie Bowl

The smoothie bowl. It's the latest breakfast of champions. And Molly Sims has created this ridiculously smooth, creamy and totally yummy version that contains a truckload of goodness that will keep you feeling strong and full of energy all day. It takes a mere five minutes to make and tastes amazing. Serves 2.

Ingredients
 1/2 ripe avocado
2 bananas (fresh or frozen)
1 cup frozen strawberries
2 handfuls spinach leaves
1 small handful kale (stems removed)
2 cups coconut water
1 tablespoon hemp seeds

Toppings
Blackberries
Blueberries
Goji berries
Sunflower seeds
Flax seeds
Sesame seeds

Instructions
Place all the ingredients (minus the toppings) for the smoothie into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Divide mixture into two bowls and decorate with a mix of your desired toppings.
