The Best Way To Wake Up Instantly

Here's one of my favourite beauty tips from the always-stunning Kate Moss. It is seriously a life-saver. Especially after a super-long night. The icy-cold water tightens everything, and the cucumbers depuff and soothe the skin. And as crazy as it seems, it feels ahhhmazing.
Here are the deets...

TOOLS
sink filled with cold water
two trays of ice cubes
sliced cucumber
an energizing serum

Here are some of my all-time fave serums. Love 'em all!

STEPS
1. Slice a cucumber or two.
2. Fill your sink with cold water and add the ice cubes.
3. Add the sliced cucumbers to the water.
4. Pull your hair back into a ponytail. Then close your eyes, hold your breath and plunge your face into the water, holding it there for as long as possible before you need another breath.
5. Repeat.
6. Pat your skin dry and add a serum to the skin.
