The Best Pear Berry Weight Loss Smoothie
The key to weight loss is to fuel up on low-cal foods that are high in fibre and protein to keep you feeling full over a long period of time. Pears, berries, kiwi, avocado and dark leafy greens are known for their high-fibre content. Simply throw in some Greek yogurt for some protein and you've got a great breakfast that keeps the hunger pains away all morning, which means fewer calories consumed throughout the day.

This smoothie has 19 grams of fibre, 13 grams of protein and 350 calories.


Ingredients:
1 pear
1 kiwi peeled
1/4 ripe avocado
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 cup raw spinach leaves
85gm non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
1/2 teaspoon flaxseed oil
2 cups cold water


Steps:
1. Mix everything in a blender until completely smooth.
2. Enjoy immediately.
