Isabel Marant Spring 2016 Collection Paris Fashion Week

Isabel Marant Spring 2016 Collection
Paris Fashion Week

Parisian designer Isabel Marant is the epitomy of elusive French Girl Coolness. As a child, she travelled the globe, and thanks to her gypsy bohemian upbringing she has the knack of re-designing dress codes from all over the world. Marant showed her collection at the Jardin du Palais Royal, and for Spring 2016 she envisages rich, colourful textiles of Rajasthan. It's a place where she has visited for inspiration in the past. And considering that the runways are still full of free-spirited 70's inspired designs, Marant is right on-trend.

The vibe on the runway was breezy and vintage-inspired, with soft peasant blouses, billowy harem pants, little cropped jackets and lightweight sweaters. And I am loving the chicness of it all.

Love, Elle xo
