My Favourite Detox Drink
Apple Cinnamon Water

Here is a fabulously simple water-infused recipe that not only takes the sugar cravings away, but also flattens the tummy and keeps you hydrated all day long. Apples are perfect for detoxifying the body, cleansing the liver and keeping you super-skinny. And cinnamon is amazing for muscle relaxation, relieves flu and cold symptoms, keeps your calories really low, and gives you that radiant, glowy, supermodel complexion. Gotta love that!

For this drink I use any type of apples and I prefer to use a cinnamon stick, rather than powdered/ground cinnamon, as I want my infused water to be clear, transparent and not all murky or dirty-looking. I'm all about my drinks looking pretty and inviting. Superficial, I know. But that's just how I roll.

1 litre of water
1 small apple (sliced)
1 cinnamon stick

Combine all ingredients into a water bottle, and place into the fridge for at least one hour. Enjoy when you're ready.
