The Best Sunscreens To Wear Everyday

The Best Sunscreens To Wear Everyday
I have a love/hate relationship with wearing sunscreen everyday. I know I should wear it all the time, but I hate the fact that some formulas are greasy and break me out. And I don't have the time, nor the inclination, to spend hours checking the ingredients on the label. All I want is a sunscreen that mattifies the skin, leaves my skin blemish-free and fully protected from the sun all day. And after a lot of research, I've found the perfect sunscreens that tick all the boxes.

Sunday Riley Cashmere SPF 30+ Sun Defense
This sunscreen is truly fabulous. Yes, I know it's pricey. But if I'm going to put something onto my skin on a daily basis, it may as well contain the good stuff. And this Sunday Riley's sunscreen is really lightweight yet contains amazing plant-based ingredients that keep the skin matte and ready for a BB cream. It's perfection.

Dr. Jart+ Premium Beauty Balm SPF 45
This multitasking BB cream not only hydrates the skin, but also corrects any pigmentation and gives the face a touch of colour (plus of course, sunscreen). A great summer option!

Neutrogena Clear Face Liquid Lotion Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 30
When it comes to lotions, always look for 'Oil-Free' or 'Non-Comedogenic' options. This Neutrogena sunscreen is great for those who suffer from the odd blemish, and leaves the skin oil-free and matte.

Shiseido Urban Environment Oil-Free UV Protector Broad Spectrum SPF 42 For Face
I looooooooove Shiseido suncreens, and this one is absolutely perfect for long days outdoors. Apply a small amount of this super-sheer lotion in the morning, and re-apply every two hours. It's a must-have for the beach bag!

Supergoop! Defense Refresh Setting Mist SPF 50
Applying sunscreen before makeup isn't the only option. This uber-light facial mist not only sets your foundation and keeps your makeup in place all day, but offers SPF 50 protection from the sun. Loving that!

Sunscreen is a must, and these SPF lotions meet all expectations. And they won't mess up the makeup. Promise.

Love, Elle xo
