Organising Your Closet Tips
I looooooooooove spring cleaning and decluttering my closets. I find it ridiculously relaxing and I adore the end result of feeling really organised and knowing where everything is in my wardrobes. And I love, love, loooove finding out unique and different ways to tackle my closets.  Here are some awesome ideas that will whip any wardrobe into tip-top shape.

The Ribbon Method
Tie a ribbon around your closet rod and as you take out clothes, and hang them on the other side of the ribbon if you're no longer interested in them. After a couple of months, you'll be able to recognise the items you don't wear and should give away. Remember to keep clothing merchandised (you know the deal... jackets with jackets) to keep your wardrobe tidy. Cool, huh? Love it.

The Out-Of-Sight, Out-Of-Mind Method
If you have some items of clothing that you know you never wear, but can't bear to part with, put them in a large bag and place them in the back of your closet. After a while, you'll realise that these clothes are no longer relevant to you and it's time to give the bag to charity.

The Set-Number-Of-Hangers Method
Okay, this is a little aggressive, but if you really want to clean out your wardrobe, consider limiting yourself to a certain number of hangers in your closet. Once you run out of hangers (yeps, this is me!) you know it's time to de-clutter that mess.

The One-In = One-Out Method
If you put something into your closet, you must must must take something out. So, if you buy a new pair of jeans, donate an old pair that you no longer wear. It's strict, but definitely worth trying.
