Breakfast On The Go




This smoothie is the best brekky around. I kid you not. It's tastes amazing. It's incredibly healthy. And it's dead easy. I usually make this smoothie the night before, put it in the fridge overnight and that's it.

Cookie Dough Overnight Oats

1/2 cup of plain (non-fat) yogurt or creme fraiche
3/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 cup of oats
1/4 cup of protein powder
2 1/2 tablespoons of maple syrup or honey
1 teaspoon of choc chips
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg

1. Mix together the yogurt and almond milk.
2. Add the oats, protein powder, choc chips, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg and maple syrup. Stir together.
3. Place the cookie dough mixture into mason jars. Cover and place in the fridge overnight.
4. Serve cold the next morning. Calories per serve - 332
