THE POST WORKOUT POWER SMOOTHIE

This smoothie keeps me going for hours and contains amazing levels of antioxidants, Vitamin D, iodine and tryptophan (an essential amino acid). This awesome smoothie is fab for weight loss, detoxing and makes you feel great all day.

Ingredients
1 teaspoon spirulina
2 teaspoons flaxseed oil
2 teaspoons coconut oil
1 cup frozen berries
1 teaspoon probiotics
pinch of cinnamon
1 cup natural yoghurt
1 cup of oat milk
1 teaspoon agave nectar

Add all ingredients into a blender with 250ml of filtered water and blend until smooth. YUM.
