  • Blueberries are filled with antioxidants and are great with amazingly glowing skin. I always buy a packet of organic frozen blueberries to use in smoothies and desserts.
  • Avacadoes are brilliant for achieving a gorgeous radiant complexion. They are full of essential fatty acids that plump and brighten the skin, as well as releasing "happy endorphins" throughout the body.
  • Omega Oils (found in fish, salmon and nuts) are wonderful for hydrated, moisturised skin that glows from within.
  • Carrots contain beta carotene that the body converts to Vitamin A. And Vitamin A is amazing for the immune system, and helps prevents any colds from occurring.
  • Eggs are an amazing source of vitamins A, D, zinc, Protein and B vitamins. Protein is so important for a healthy immune system and preventing infection.
  • Beetroot is perfect for Vitamin C, beta carotene, calcium and iron. Beetroot also helps the body's immune system fight free radicals so that skin glows without any blemishes.
