The Super Smoothie Breakfast

 
  
  

 

SUPER-FOOD SMOOTHIE BREAKFAST
The perfect breakfast when you're super busy and you need lots of energy.
1 banana (ripe)
1 apple (cored)
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup chilled almond milk
1 tablespoon instant oats
1/ cup baby spinach leaves
Put all ingredients together into a blender. Process until smooth and serve. Yum.
