20 Health Habits Every Girl Should Have


Twenty Health Habits Every Girl Should Have recently published an article called "50 Health Habits Every Girl Should Have" and when I read it I felt really inspired to share my faves with you. Every day brings us new opportunities to develop different habits and better ways of thinking. Let's go...
  1. Start fresh every single day.
  2. Exercise. It's doesn't have to be a big-time commitment. Just do it.
  3. Do 'Meatless Monday'. (I'm vegetarian so this one is easy for me)
  4. Start the day with a glass of lukewarm water and lemon.
  5. Don't keep up with the Jones. (LOVE THIS ONE!)
  6. Cut back on sugar. Hard. But necessary.
  7. Use a retinol at night to prevent wrinkles.
  8. Count to 10 when you're pissed off. Or 20.
  9. Put. The. Cell. Phone. Down. (Take a social media break. It can wait)
  10. Stop beating yourself up. (C'mon you don't deserve that)
  11. Take liquid chlorophyll every day. It even tastes good. Trust me.
  12. Drink water, water and more water.
  13. Keep healthy snacks at home. At work. In your bag. Everywhere.
  14. Treat big purchases like big purchases. (YEP)
  15. Stand up for yourself. (And be resilient)
  16. Get your sleep.
  17. Floss. Always floss.
  18. Read labels.
  19. Wash your hands. (You'd be surprised who doesn't...eww)
  20. Never let Google diagnose you.
