The Vitamins I Take For Strong Gorgeous Nails

 

   



HOW I GET STRONG GORGEOUS NAILS

Nails are made of protein, so it's important to eat some protein each day. It's also great to pamper your nails nightly by rubbing a little coconut oil into your cuticles. And here are my all-time ultimate supplements to keep your nails long, strong and in tip-top shape.

MSM ~ 1000mg three times a day
Calcium ~ 1000mg per day
Magnesium ~ 400 - 800mg a day
Horsetail ~ 1 teaspoon of liquid extract a day (tastes shocking but it's great for you!)

And don't forget your biotin. It's fabulous.
