The Best Strawberry Pineapple Mint Juice




We all know that fresh fruit and vegetables give us amazing energy and vitality. If you are new to drinking freshly-made juices, start with sweet, refreshing ingredients such as berries and carrots, and then slowing add leafy greens. I love this recipe (below) especially during Summer . It's naturally sweet, totally yummy and full of high-nutrient ingredients.

2 or 3 cups of pineapple pieces
1 cup of chopped strawberries
1 diced pear
20 mint leaves
Coconut water
Blend. Chill. Serve with crushed ice.
