Goodbye Cellulite
Cellulite is based on the lack of metabolism and dietary problems.
There are three ways to get rid of cellulite.
  1. Massage is important because it drains clogged lymphatic vessels.
  2. Twenty minutes of exercise/cardio a day builds up muscle, which decreases the jiggles.
  3. Skin brushing removes dead skin cells and clears the pores. I use a long-handled brush, and go over my whole body before taking a shower every morning or night.
