Potassium For Inner Health



Potassium helps flush excess sodium out of the body. Foods such as bananas, spinach leaves and coconut water are all high in this amazing mineral. I found a great recipe that contains all three items blended into one super-slimming smoothie. Check this out...

1 handful of spinach leaves
1 banana (frozen)
1/2 cup of pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
1 cup of coconut water
1/4 cup of orange juice (freshly squeezed)

Blend and serve.
