How I Boost My Immune System During Summer

Sunlight boosts the immune system and help fight colds, so it's really beneficial to grab a dose of Vitamin D three times a week for around 15 minutes. And in the warmer months, the sun depletes the body's supply of Vitamin C, so here are my hints for keeping healthy on the inside during Summer.

Eat foods that are rich in anti-oxidants.

Take 500mg of Vitamin C twice a day with food.

Take some green tea extract every day with food.

For anti-ageing, take 4mg of Astaxanthin per day.
Take at least 2,000 - 4,000 of Vitamin D and 2,000-4,000 Omega-3 fatty acids to boost serotonin levels and fight depression.
