Decoding Those Under-Eye Dark Circles

If you get enough sleep, but still see dark circles under your eyes, here are some tips to consider. Blue-under eye circles are related to food allergies, especially dairy products. Try eliminating dairy for 3 - 4 months to give your immune and digestive systems a rest, and you should see a big difference in those blue circles. If your under-eye circles are brown, that is a sign of liver issues; so try to cut back on caffeine, eat more dark leafy green vegetables and take take 300mg of milk thistle every day.
