Resolutions That Are Easy To Keep
How are your New Year's Resolutions going? Are they working? Here are some beauty tips that work all year round.

1. Use SPF 30+ everyday. As a teacher, I am outside most days of the week, so wearing a foundation that contains SPF 30+ is important.

2. Drink more water. I prefer drinking filtered water that contains less chlorine and sediments. I always keep a bottle of natural mineral water in the fridge.

3. Do a weekly hair mask. I love hair masks and I find that my hair really benefits from a weekly intensive treatment once a week.

4. Regularly clean those make-up brushes. I tend to clean my brushes every time they are used, and I also do a once-a-week shampoo/rinse/dry of my brushes to keep them in tip-top condition.

5. Try a new hair style. When modelling, I get to experience lots of new things, and I always ask the stylists for some tips and tricks when trying something new with my hair.

6. Keep buffed. I use my Clarisonic three times a week and I dry brush my body twice a week. These little cleansing rituals help my skin stay in great shape all year round.

7. Invest in great skincare. A balanced morning/evening skincare regime that includes a good cleanser, a kick-ass moisturiser and an awesome serum really ensures a radiant, glowing complexion.

So, that you have some of my resolutions that are so easy to start, keep and manage any time of the year.
