Ways To Make Your Hair Look And Feel Healthy
  • Use a voluminous shampoo and use a voluminous/dry shampoo at the crown of your hair.
  • Rinse your conditioner out properly in the shower. If your hair is feeling limp and greasy, it may be due to over-conditioning your hair and not rinsing it out thoroughly.
  • Don't flat iron the ends. Instead, try to curl your the end inwards to add more volume.
  • If you colour your hair, add low-lights with your high-lights instead of an all over tint.
  • Add a few long layers to your hair. Just to add a bit of bounce.
  • Never thin your ends with a razor. One hairdresser did this to my hair years ago, and it looked like straw and took forever to grow out. I never went back there again!
  • Add a light, voluminous mousse to the roots when blow-drying your hair.
  • Blow-dry your hair upside down. When drying your hair, flip your head over to give it some extra bounce.
  • Take your vitamins. I take biotin every day. I buy it online here. I really believe in taking some sort of Hair, Nails and Skin vitamin. There are plenty of choices out there.
