Foods That Get Your Glow On

Healthy looking skin is more than just cleansing and moisturising. It's about eating the right foods and looking after yourself. So, here's what I stock up on to get that inner healthy glow ~

  1. Yoghurt - Contains Vitamin A which is amazing for healthy, vibrant skin, and also protein which is great for the immune system. Go for a yoghurt that is low in sugar and fat, and eat in moderation.
  2. Blueberries - Contain antioxidants which are fantastic for anti-ageing and fighting free radicals that attack the skin.
  3. Water - Helps get rid of toxins and keeps the eyes, skin and body looking vibrant and bright. It's great for getting rid of cellulite and fighting fatigue.
  4. Spinach - Is super-charged with anti-oxidants which repair skin cells and prevents the ageing process. It's also full of fibre, potassium and folate.
  5. Flaxseed - Contains omega-3 fatty acids which fight acne and fine lines, and makes the skin feel soft, smooth and supple. 
  6. Almonds - Are full of Vitamin E which protects the skin from UV rays.
  7. Tomatoes - Eliminate skin-ageing free radicals and help protect the skin from the sun.
  8. Coconut Oil - Is full of nutrients for the body, and helps restore moisture to the skin.
