My Monday Morning Green Shake


My Monday Morning Green Shake
Monday... what better way to start the working week than making my favourite green juice. 

3 cups spinach leaves
1 cup frozen berries (blueberries/strawberries/raspberries/mango)
1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
1 tablespoon spirulina
1 cup almond milk
2 tablespoons protein powder
2 dates or a few drops of stevia (to taste)

Blend until creamy.
Totally yum.
