Morning Peach Smoothie



Morning Peach Smoothie
I love making a breakfast shake any time of the day. And here's my favourite...

1 diced peach (skin removed)
coconut milk
2 teaspoons of vanilla protein powder
 1 tablespoon of vanilla yoghurt
1 ground tablespoon of flax seed
Blend until creamy.

This is so delicious, and I love taking this smoothie to work for an afternoon pick-me-up. 

Less sugar. More vitamins. Loving!
