Being model-fit can be done by almost anyone. Justin Gelband (personal trainer of the Victoria's Secret Angels) states that although we're all different, we can feel 'model-fit' and look our best by following these simple rules.

Nutrition: Always eat food that is high in vitamins and minerals, and exercise properly at the same time.

Stick to It: Justin says that Candice Swanepoel is the perfect example of determination and work-ethic. She trains an hour a day, 3 to 4 days a week, all year round.

Variety is the Key: Justin likes to train each VS model differently. Some days are for yoga and pilates, and others are for kick boxing and running. It's about working different muscle areas on different days.

Crunch Time: Justin likes to use ankle weights when training the abdominal, back and leg muscles (especially good for that perfect butt!)

Relax: The VS models never deprive themselves of anything. It's all about moderation and knowing what is good for your body.
