Ten Ways I Feel Good Everyday


Here are ten things that I do to feel really good everyday.

1. Exercise intensely
2. Buy flowers
3. Drink water
4. Take a liquid supplement
5. Eat fruit
6. Get my daily dose of Vitamin D
7. Never skip a meal
8. Be kind (to myself and others)
9. Laugh often
10. Bronze up with fake tan
So, there you have it.
Just 10 easy ways to keep the blues away.
