Energy Boost Liquid Iron

   





 
 




"Live in the sunshine. Swim in the sea. And drink in the wild air."

To keep a clean, healthy mind and body, I take 10ml of liquid iron twice a day on an empty stomach, followed with a glass of water. For me, iron helps my oxygen levels stay super-high, which in turn gives me a huge energy boost. It only takes a few weeks to get into the habit of drinking this vitamin, and then it's just a matter of maintaining it. I prefer liquid rather than tablets, and I love the fact that I have tonnes of energy. Of course, eating a super-healthy diet helps too.
