MY TOP 5 TIPS FOR 2013
  1. EXERCISE REGULARLY. I actually exercise to keep my stress levels down, and endorphins up. It clears my mind and really improves my overall mood.
  2. DO A DETOX. I really like doing a detox every few months to cleanse the body. I usually do a 3-day juice cleanse, and it just gives me a huge energy boost.
  3. STAY GRATEFUL. It's so easy to be negative and feel as though nothing goes right. So, at the end of each day, I jot down the things I appreciate. When it's written down, it becomes more of a reality in my mind.
  4. DREAM BIG. If I'm constantly thinking of an idea, I always strive to find a way to make it happen. It won't happen instantly, but dreaming big helps me stay motivated, set goals and achieve great things.
  5. ENJOY LIFE. Call me crazy but I think it's important to find happiness, enjoyment or laughter in the smallest of daily tasks. As John Lennon said, "Life is what happens, while you are busy making other plans."
