I've had a lot of emails wanting to know what sorts of vitamins I take on a daily basis. So I thought I would dedicate some of my future posts to this topic. Let's begin by saying that a clean, lean healthy eating plan is essential. But, due to a busy lifestyle, I often find that I need to supplement the nutrients in my body through vitamins. The first one is Vitamin E. You can google the facts yourself, but for me, it is truly fabulous for supple skin. I take one capsule a day for glowy skin, clear eyes and a healthy heart. I don't really have a favourite brand, and I think I'm using Nature's Own at the moment. I also use the Sally Hansen Vitamin E Nail Cuticle Oil every night for strong nails and cuticles. It's a winner if you're trying to grow your nails.
