My Top Five Essential Oils

My Top Five Essentials Oils

I'm a huge fan of natural oils for my skin and hair. Due to the fact that these oils are all-natural, there are no blemishes or breakouts. All of the oils I use are certified organic, pure and unscented, which I prefer. And I either mix them together, or use them on their own. So here are my Top 5 Essential Oils that I always have in my bathroom cabinet -

Coconut Oil
Cold pressed coconut oil looks solid in the bottle, but easily melts in your hand. I use this once a fortnight on the mid-to-ends of my hair before washing it.

Rosehip Oil
I cannot get enough of this stuff. Rosehip Oil is my go-to face treatment after cleansing and toning. My skin just drinks it in, making it feel so supple. This is an everyday oil for me.

Jojoba Oil
I use jojoba oil as a natural eye and face makeup remover. It's really gentle, and great for sensitive skin. I also use it on my hair for extra shine.

Sweet Almond Oil
This is a fabulous body oil. I absolutely love it and use it at night.

Natural Vitamin E Oil
Vitamin E oil is great for wrinkles and scars, as well as any pigmentation areas. I've used it on scars and they go within a couple of weeks.

So, there you go. The 5 Essentials Oils that I cannot live without.
They're available at all health food stores.
