Top tips for glowing skin.. and a great bod

(and a top body!)

Drink lots and lots of water on a daily basis
You know this. It's a given. (Oh, and hold the booze!)

Eat less sugar
I ALWAYS check the sugar content on the labels of the food I buy. (yes, I'm one of THOSE people!)  If the label says it's low in fat, I can guarantee you it is high in sugar...and it will fill your body with processed rubbish, which will make you feel really tired.

Get your sleep
I'm the type of person who needs my 8 hours's the main reason for glowy, blemish-free skin. If you have blemishes, you're not sleeping enough.

Meditate, Pilates & Yoga
I discovered meditation a few years ago when I was going through a very difficult and stressful time in my life. Meditation, pilates and yoga help to keep my stress levels down. And I feel better with a clearer, more objective mind.

Move it
For me, it's surfing and running. As long as you exercise regularly, it doesn't matter what it is...Mind you, life is so much better when you surf!
